While we operate virtually, the HVA experience is far from isolated! We believe in fostering a strong community through frequent, engaging in person and virtual events including field trips. High school students may participate in ACE Center courses on alternating days as well as VHSL activities at zoned schools.
If you are interested, please get your student's application in by the deadline. This application window establishes staffing needs for our school. Applications are reviewed based upon student academic progress, attendance, availability of required services, and availability of courses at the secondary level.
Please note that applications from students will not be accepted as parent/guardian authorization and review is required to submit an application. Current HVA students do not need to reapply, but will need to let a school counselor know if returning in person as soon as possible to ensure courses are selected for next year by the January deadline.
